Fifteen ways to ring in
the New Year.
New Year's Eve is the one night the calendar converges on a handful of places — and the trip that books earliest of the year, because it's the connection and the airport slots, not the jet, that run out first. Here are fifteen the ultra-wealthy come back to, how each one is spent, and how we fly you into it.
How we plan a New Year trip
Pick the night you want; we'll make the aircraft and the airport behave around it.
1 · Choose the scene
Snow or sun, party or privacy — Alps, Caribbean, desert or harbour. Tell us the kind of New Year you want and we work back from midnight.
2 · Lock it early
NYE is the single most contested night of the year. Aircraft, airport slots and the connecting legs (seaplanes, mountain fields) go first — so we secure them well ahead.
3 · Plan the last mile
Most of these aren't a single flight. St Barths and the Maldives need a hop; Aspen and St Moritz need the right aircraft for a demanding field. We handle the whole chain.
4 · Land into the night
Ground, villa or yacht transfer and timing arranged, so you arrive to the celebration rather than to a logistics problem.

Where do you want to be at midnight?
Tell us the destination and who's travelling. We'll come back in about 30 minutes with the aircraft, the routing and the last-mile plan — while the good slots still exist.
Private jet for New Year's Eve
When should I book a private jet for New Year's Eve?
As early as you can — earlier than for almost any other trip. New Year is the single most contested night of the year, and it's the airport slots and the connecting legs (seaplanes to the Maldives, the hop into St Barths, mountain fields for the Alps), not the jet itself, that fill up first. Planning now, in autumn, is what keeps the whole chain smooth.
Which destinations are hardest to reach — and how do you handle it?
The famous ones often aren't a single flight. St Barths can't take a jet, so you fly to St Maarten (SXM) and hop across. The Maldives means a jet to Malé (MLE) then a seaplane or speedboat. Aspen, St Moritz and Gstaad involve high or restricted mountain fields that only certain aircraft and crews can use. We plan the last mile as part of the trip, not an afterthought.
Snow or sun — what are the options?
Both. For snow and the Alps or Rockies: Aspen, St Moritz, Gstaad, Courchevel. For Southern-hemisphere summer: Sydney, Cape Town. For warm and glamorous: the Maldives, Dubai, Miami, Barbados, Los Cabos and the wider Caribbean. Tell us the feeling you want and we'll match the destination and the aircraft to it.
Can you still arrange something close to New Year?
Sometimes — but you'll be choosing from what's left, on the busiest night of the year, at peak prices. If a late plan is your reality, call the desk and we'll work the available fleet and connections quickly.
Can you combine two destinations — say, ski then somewhere warm?
Yes, and plenty of clients do — a few days in the Alps and then the Caribbean or the Maldives, for example. We plan the whole sequence as one trip, aircraft and connections included.
Can you arrange the villa, yacht or hotel and the ground too?
We coordinate the aviation end to end and work with your villa, yacht or hotel and ground teams so the arrival is seamless. If you need introductions on that side, we're glad to help.
