How it works

Travelling with your pets, step by step

One advisor on it from first message to wheels-down — pets included.

1 · Tell us

Your route, dates, and your pets — breed, size and how many are travelling.

2 · Right aircraft

We source a jet with the cabin room your pets need, so they travel beside you in comfort.

3 · Paperwork

We map the health certificates, permits and timing for your destination, working backwards from departure.

4 · Fly together

Private FBO, pets in the cabin, one advisor holding every detail so nothing is left behind.

Door to door

Everything, so nothing gets left behind

Large breeds and multiple pets, cabin seating so they fly beside you, and the cross-border documents that make commercial pet travel a nightmare — health certificates, vaccination records, import permits, and the timing that all has to line up before wheels-up. We map it to your exact route and dates, and arrange private FBO departure and arrival so your pets skip the crowded terminals.

Pet-import rules vary by destination and change over time, so we verify the current requirements against official USDA, CBP and destination-country sources — and we stay honest about what any government, not us, ultimately controls.

The paperwork, explained

What to prepare — and in what order

Two directions, two authorities. Here is the shape of each.

Bringing a dog into the US

Overseen by the CDC

  • A CDC Dog Import Form for every dog — filed online before travel, carried as a receipt.
  • From a rabies-free / low-risk country: usually just that form.
  • From a high-risk country: add an ISO microchip, the dog at least 6 months old, and a rabies-vaccination certification (US-issued needs USDA endorsement; foreign-issued needs the exporting country’s official vet plus a CDC-registered facility reservation).

Taking a pet out of the US

Overseen by USDA APHIS

  1. Start early with a USDA-accredited vet.
  2. Pull the destination country’s exact requirements.
  3. Prepare: microchip, rabies vaccination — and, for some countries, a rabies antibody blood test with a waiting period.
  4. Vet issues the health certificate (APHIS 7001 or a country form).
  5. Get it USDA-endorsed and pay the fee.
  6. Travel with the original endorsed documents.
Where trips actually slip — four things to watch
1. Timing. Health certificates are often valid only ~10–30 days after signing, and rabies blood tests carry a waiting period — months for strict destinations. The dated steps must line up in order.
2. Originals only. Endorsed paper travels with the pet; electronic copies are not accepted.
3. Every country differs, and rules change. We verify the current requirements for your exact route before we commit to a date.
4. Island / strict destinations (Australia, the UK, Japan, New Zealand) take the longest — start months ahead.

Primary sources: CDC dog import · USDA APHIS pet travel. Requirements change — we confirm the current rules for your route. Updated October 2026.

FAQ

Flying private with your pets

Can my dog fly in the cabin on a private jet?

Yes. On a private charter your dog flies in the cabin with you, not in a cargo hold. We source aircraft with the cabin room your pets need to travel comfortably.

Can I bring a large dog, or more than one pet?

Yes. Large breeds and multiple pets are no problem on the right aircraft — we match the cabin to your pets, from a single dog to several.

Do you handle the international pet paperwork?

Yes. Cross-border pet travel involves health certificates, vaccinations, import permits and timing that vary by destination. We map the current requirements for your route and build the timeline backwards from departure, verifying against official USDA, CBP and destination-country sources.

Is there a quarantine for my pet?

It depends entirely on the destination — some have none, others are strict. We tell you honestly what your specific route requires and plan around it. We never promise an outcome a government controls.

What about the airport and ground handling?

We arrange private FBO departure and arrival so your pets avoid crowded terminals, plus pet-ready ground transport where you need it.

How fast can you quote?

Usually about 30 minutes. Tell us your route, dates and your pets — breed, size and number — and we’ll come back with the right aircraft.
