F1 Las Vegas.
Book the parking, not just the jet.
The F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix (November 19–21, 2026) draws hundreds of private aircraft into one valley on one weekend. The flight is easy. The slot and the parking are what sell out — so that's what we lock first.
Why Vegas F1 is really a parking game
On this weekend, getting a jet to Vegas is simple. Getting it a place to sit is not.
1 · Lock dates & party
Tell us when you want to arrive and leave and how many are flying. On this weekend, timing flexibility is worth real money.
2 · Secure slot & parking
Harry Reid (LAS) and Henderson Executive (HND) operate reservation and parking systems for the event, and spaces fill up. We book these first — before the aircraft is even the question.
3 · Plan the aircraft & ground
The right jet for the party, paired to the airport we've secured, with ground to the Strip timed around race-day road closures.
4 · Arrive & reposition clean
Many aircraft reposition out between arrival and departure to free parking. We plan that so your spot — and your departure slot — are never in doubt.
What actually decides a smooth F1 Vegas trip
The real constraints
- Aircraft parking at Las Vegas airports is capped for the event and sells out well ahead — this is the binding limit, not the flight.
- Slot reservations and event fee structures apply at the main fields.
- Race-day road closures on and around the Strip reshape every ground transfer.
- Everyone wants to depart Sunday night / Monday — the exit is as congested as the arrival.
How we stay ahead of it
- We secure slot and parking first, then build the trip around what we've locked.
- Alternate fields and repositioning planned so a parking cap never strands you.
- Ground transfers timed to road closures, not optimistic maps.
- A departure slot held from the start, so Sunday night isn't a scramble.

Your dates, party size and where you're flying from. We'll come back in about 30 minutes — and the earlier you ask, the more parking and slots are still there.
Private jet to F1 Las Vegas 2026
When is the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix 2026?
November 19–21, 2026. It's one of the busiest private-aviation weekends in the United States, so the planning window matters more than for an ordinary trip.
Why do you say parking is the real constraint?
Because getting a jet to Las Vegas is straightforward — finding it a place to park for the weekend is not. Airport parking is capped for the event and sells out well ahead, so we secure the slot and parking before anything else.
Which airports do you use?
Harry Reid International (LAS) and Henderson Executive (HND) are the main options, each operating reservation and parking arrangements for the event. We book into whichever we can secure for your dates and plan the ground from there.
How do race-day road closures affect transfers?
Significantly — the circuit runs on and around the Strip, so closures reshape every transfer. We time ground movements to the actual closures rather than to normal traffic.
Can you handle the Sunday-night departure rush?
Yes — we hold a departure slot from the start and plan repositioning where needed, so leaving isn't the scramble it is for people who only booked the arrival.
How soon should I book?
As early as possible. Parking and slots are the limiting factor and they fill up — the sooner you ask, the more options remain.
