Why do you say to book event travel early?
Because on marquee weeks the aircraft isn't the bottleneck — the airport is. Arrival and departure slots and FBO parking at the host city are limited and sell out well before the date. Booking early is what secures a close, clean arrival instead of an overflow field far from the venue.
