The show makes
the next city.
Tours and productions don't forgive a missed connection. We fly artists, crew, equipment and security together, on the schedule the run demands — quietly, and built around tight date-to-date routing.
Keeping a run on schedule
One desk for the whole travelling party — so the tour manager manages the tour.
1 · Build the run
Date-to-date routing, the party size, and the equipment that has to travel with you. We plan the flying around the fixed show or shoot dates.
2 · Size for people & gear
Cabin for the party, cargo for the instruments, cases and kit — confirmed up front so nothing gets left on the ramp.
3 · Lock operators & ground
Vetted aircraft, discreet FBOs, security and transfers arranged. Low-profile departures where the moment calls for it.
4 · Travel the tour
One advisor reachable throughout. Added dates, moved call times and headcount changes are handled by us.
What breaks a touring schedule
The real risks
- A missed connection that cancels the next night's show.
- Equipment that doesn't fit the aircraft — or its own paperwork for a border.
- Attention at a public terminal when the trip needs to be quiet.
- Last-minute added dates with no one owning the re-plan.
How we keep it rolling
- Private routing built to the show calendar, with recovery options.
- Cabin and cargo sized to party plus gear, cross-border docs lined up.
- Discreet FBOs and low-profile handling as standard, under NDA.
- One advisor who absorbs added dates and changes for the tour manager.
Send us the run.
Dates, cities, party size and the gear. We'll come back in about 30 minutes with aircraft and a routing that holds the schedule.
Touring, film & media charter
Can the band or crew and the equipment travel together?
Yes — we size the cabin for the travelling party and the cargo for instruments, cases and kit, confirmed before departure so nothing is left on the ramp. Cross-border equipment documentation is lined up where legs cross borders.
Can you keep a tight date-to-date run on schedule?
That's the core of it. We build the routing back from fixed show or shoot dates and plan recovery options, because a missed connection on a tour can cost the next performance.
Is it discreet?
Yes — discreet FBOs and low-profile handling are standard, and every mandate is under NDA. We don't trade on who we fly.
Can you arrange security and ground transfers?
Yes, as part of the same booking — transfers, and co-ordination with your security team where required.
What about added dates or changes mid-run?
Your advisor absorbs them — added dates, moved call times and headcount changes are re-planned by us so the tour manager can manage the tour.
How fast can you quote a tour or production?
Usually about 30 minutes for aircraft and routing options, in any time zone.
