International Relocation,
flown in one move.

When a family moves country — with pets, with staff, with the things that matter — scheduled travel turns a hard week into a hard month. We charter the aircraft and co-ordinate the whole departure, so you land ready to start.

How it works

How a cross-border move actually runs

One advisor owns the whole departure — you make decisions, not phone calls.

1 · Map the move

We take your route, dates, who and what is flying — family, staff, pets, oversize items — and build the trip around the hardest constraint, usually the animals or the timing.

2 · Line up documents

We tell you exactly which health certificates, import forms and endorsements each leg needs, and by when — then track them against your departure date so nothing is left to the airport.

3 · Pick the right aircraft

Cabin size for people and pets, range for the routing, and an airport pairing that keeps ground time and customs simple at both ends.

4 · Fly & land settled

One departure, your advisor reachable throughout. You arrive with pets, people and belongings together — not scattered across three shipments.

What to watch

The things that derail a cross-border move

Before you fly

  • Animal import rules differ by destination country and change — some need health certificates issued inside a fixed window before arrival.
  • A microchip, a rabies titer or an endorsement can take weeks, not days — the timeline, not the flight, is usually the bottleneck.
  • Oversize or high-value items (art, instruments, equipment) need cabin space and sometimes their own documentation.
  • Staff and family on different passports may need different entry paperwork for the same destination.

The order that saves the week

  • Fix the arrival date first, then count backwards — every document has a deadline relative to it.
  • Confirm the destination's current animal-import requirements before booking vets — rules move.
  • Choose airports for clean customs at both ends, not just the shortest hop.
  • Keep one contact who holds the whole picture — fragmented bookings are where things get dropped.

Requirements vary by country and change over time. We confirm the current rules for your exact routing before you commit — primary sources include the CDC (animals into the US) and USDA APHIS (pets leaving the US).

FAQ

Relocating internationally by private jet

Can my pets fly in the cabin on a relocation flight?

Yes — on a private charter your animals travel in the cabin with you, not in cargo. We match the aircraft to the number and size of your pets and plan the routing around their comfort and any import deadlines.

Do you handle the import paperwork?

We co-ordinate it. We tell you precisely which health certificates, import forms and endorsements each leg requires and by when, and we track them against your departure date. The vet visits and signatures are yours to complete; the timeline and checklist are ours to manage.

We're moving with family, staff and belongings — can that go on one flight?

Usually, yes. That's the point of chartering for a move — people, pets and the things that matter leave together on one aircraft, rather than being split across flights and shipments. We size the cabin and cargo to the whole move.

How far in advance should we start?

As early as you can. For moves involving animals, the paperwork timeline — microchips, rabies titers, endorsements — is often the binding constraint and can run several weeks. We can still move quickly when needed, but earlier gives more routing and cost options.

Which countries can you relocate to?

Worldwide. Rules differ by destination and we confirm the current requirements for your exact routing before you commit, rather than relying on last year's guidance.

How fast can you quote a relocation?

Usually about 30 minutes for an initial plan and aircraft options, in any time zone. The document timeline we map out alongside it.
