Your advisor is reachable throughout. Changes to headcount or timing are absorbed by us, not pushed back onto you.

Chartering for a group
How large a group can you charter for?
From a single full cabin to large parties across a co-ordinated fleet. For bigger groups we time multiple aircraft so everyone arrives in the same window rather than trickling in over a day.
Can everyone fly on one aircraft?
Often, yes — we size the jet to the headcount and the luggage. When a group is larger than one cabin, we co-ordinate several aircraft to depart and land together, managed as one booking.
Who manages the passenger list and changes?
Your advisor does. You brief us once; we hold the manifest and absorb name, headcount and timing changes so it stays a single point of contact for you.
Can you handle catering, luggage and ground transfers?
Yes. We plan catering, baggage and arrival transfers as part of the same trip, so the group moves door to door rather than landing and then sorting out cars.
Is group charter more cost-effective than individual seats?
It depends on the group and routing. For time-critical, together-on-arrival moves it often compares well once you account for coordination, missed-connection risk and the value of everyone landing on schedule. We'll price it honestly.
How fast can you quote a group trip?
